There has never been a better time to be part of the pet industry. Poised to surpass the $100 billion mark for the first time, pet-related spending in the U.S. continues to grow by leaps and bounds year after year. That, of
course, provides businesses that cater to pet owners and their
animal companions a variety of opportunities to achieve a whole
new level of success—and those opportunities are clearly on
display here at Global Pet Expo 2020.
“Hitting $100 billion is incredible,” he says, noting that when he
started in this industry about 35 years ago, pet-related spend-
